TO APPLY: For a Booth, Please fill out the Correct form below. An email and a link will be sent for payment once your application is Approved.

2.) The Vendor Booth Info & App.
PAYMENT: A Deposit of *1/2 your Booth Fee* is Required
within 7 Days of Approval, to secure your Booth. The Remaining Balance Must be Paid within 30 Days.

(1) 10x10 Booth = $550
(1) 10x20 Booth =$950
End Cap Booth = $1,200
Every 10x10 ARTIST Booth Includes:
(2) Artist Passes, (1) Helper Pass, (1) Table, (2) Chairs,
(1) Trash Can, (1) Sharps Container, (1) Hand Sanitizer
and Pipe & Drape.
**{10'x20' Booths will Include Double Passes and Supplies.}**
**{End Cap Booth's are 10'x20' Plus in High Traffic Location}**
